Zander Chovanes is a Bozeman, MT singer-songwriter and instrumentalist who draws inspiration from the rivers and mountains of southwestern Montana. He melds traditional folk, rock, and bluegrass music with unique original songs that reckon with the modern western world around him. His guitar picking and honest vocal delivery draws you into to the story of the song, while also giving you the urge to tap your feet. Along with Chovanes’ solo duo acts, he also plays in different bands as a touring guitar player and mandolinist.
