Qigong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation that moves “Qi” or life force energy through one’s being. Intention, breath and movement combine to create connection with one’s self and the universe. Although it is a slow-moving and relaxing practice, it is re-vitalizing as stagnant energy is shifted to allow greater expression of being.
