Join Be Well Big Sky‘s Wellness Navigators in a free monthly Holistic Emotional First Aid learning circle at Santosha! Each month will be led by one of Big Sky’s Wellness Navigators and will be an opportunity to ground, learn and connect.
- Learn effective body-based approaches to work with cycles of stress & distress
- Learn 5 essential skills for adaptive learning and leading
- Experience immediate relief and learn long-term tools to create thriving cultures of care
