Alex is a dedicated Holistic Practitioner who has immersed herself in the fields of Somatic Breathwork, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Through the Breath Quest workshop, she creates a sate container for participants to release stagnant emotions held in their body tissues.
