Big Sky Chapel Services
Catholic, Episcopal, Lutheran, Jewish, and Christian Fellowship-represent the diversity of faiths of our worshiping community. Built of rustic log and stone, the Chapel was designed by Steve Coffey, a local architect, and is a harmonious addition to the Montana countryside. As you enter the sanctuary, your focus is drawn to the panoramic view of Lone Peak Mountain through the massive log-framed window behind the altar. Members of the community have donated all of the 100-year-old oak pews. David Fjeld, a Bozeman artist created the stained glass for the windows depicting mountain wildflowers and wildlife. These works of art have also been donated. The Chapel is a unique place of worship representing the highest aspirations of our community. The Chapel’s existence stands as a result of those who unselfishly volunteered their skills, energy, time, and financial support.
